Seabird is flying to Mexico for New Year's Eve!
We will have a four-course dinner of home-cooked Mexican food served family-style. Think slow-cooked beef cheek mole or local, diver-caught scallop ceviche and other tasty, fresh options. The full menu will follow!
After dinner we will push back the chairs, and our favourites Seabird selectors will play a soundtrack of party tunes with a Latin edge to see in the New Year!
Tickets include a welcome margarita, a four course Mexican feast, and dancing until the early hours of 2026.
